(一)详细技术说明
我厂研制和大批量生产的定型产品LQY-30型移动强制式沥青混凝土搅拌设备是我厂LQY系列产品的一个型号产品,各项技术性能指标均经国内筑机专家委员会鉴定,结构稳固,各种技术文件包括图纸、工艺文件齐全有效,可规范指导大批量生产。其中强制式产品在2002年获得国家专利局授予的《实用新型专利证书》(专利号:ZL 02 2 19993.4),这种组合结构受国家专利保护。
本设备采用间歇式烘干筒与双卧轴强制搅拌器连为整体式,整机占地面积小,移场就位快捷,拆装方便,安装周期短,操作简单,维护方便,性能稳定可靠,具有成品料品质好,整机技术含量高,自动化、标准化程度高等特点,目前已广泛应用于高速公路路面养护及高等级沥青路面的筑养护作业。
本设备由主机、成品料仓、自动计量配料站、电气控制柜、控制室和磨煤送粉装置(燃煤型)等构件组成。主机部分包括上壳体、沥青计量输送装置、燃油或煤粉旋风燃烧炉、矿料提升输送机、烘干筒、搅拌器、搅拌器上壳体、沥青输送计量、石粉计量输送装置、多管式除尘装置、转盘式拖挂系统、制动系统、液压支撑脚等主要部件组成。
LQY-30型具体性能特点如下:
1、 主机可整体拖挂移动,安装就位简捷方便。
2、 搅拌器为双卧轴强制式搅拌器,克服了单卧轴搅拌器存在的搅拌死角而使成品料质量较差的问题。本搅拌器为引进意大利的新技术,并采用国内制造设备和加工工艺生产的,具有双卧轴结构形式,在拌和过程中使料在壳体内形成三维的强烈沸腾效应,同时料自身也进行不定轴的转动,从而使各种料得到均匀快速的充分拌和。其中两搅拌轴轴端密封技术使得设备生产稳定,搅拌臂、搅拌叶片、衬板等部件均选用高强度合金钢材制造,使用寿命长。
3、 搅拌器下部卸料机构采用双重开闭结构形式,可有效保证设备的下料功能。
4、 烘干筒部件
4.1筒体采用高强度合金结构钢Q345(16Mn)制造而成,筒体结构稳定,制造工艺良好;
4.2具有叶片布置形式,使料在筒内形成强烈的轴向窜动,保证了料受热均匀性,从而使成品料的质量大大提高。
5、 燃烧系统部分
5.1一种高技术含量的燃烧炉,结构新颖。本型燃烧炉的燃料适用范围为煤粉和小煤块。通过对炉门部分的锥体设计,进煤导流叶片角、二次风叶片角、二次风位置、点火器位置的优化设计,从而克服了一、二次风混合位置不稳定而影响燃料燃烧完全性的缺点,强化了煤粉的预燃和火焰根部燃烧的稳定性,并使炉内部气粉流形成多环状的边界紊流回流结构,从而使燃烧得到强化,火焰温度高,燃料消耗量下降,经济效果显著;
5.2配备自动点火装置,高效节能,性能稳定可靠;
5.3燃烧炉炉膛内采用套装成型耐火砖砌制,耐火砖采用400t的大型压铸机模压而成,其材料的耐火性能和耐气流冲刷性能均很高;
5.4本设备在供货时,随机另赠送一套成型耐火砖。耐火砖的更换方便快捷,可根据随机安装图自行更换。
6、 沥青计量输送装置和石粉计量输送装置均通过电子传感器与可编程控制器进行自动控制计量,计量精度高,可靠性好;并且集中安装于搅拌器上部,由专用钢架护蓬加以防护,可适应不同施工环境的使用要求。
7、 除尘系统采用四锥管和大功率引风机除尘的结构形式,实现良好的旋风除尘效果,并且维护方便。
8、 自动计量配料站采用三斗计量方式,通过可编程控制器进行电子叠加计量,计量精度高,误差小,用50型装载机进行配套骨料供给作业。
9、 本设备广泛应用先进的气动系统对各结构部件进行集中控制,各启动元件均采用国内知名品牌产品,性能稳定可靠,安全高效。随机配备有一台空气压缩机。
10、主要运动部件联接处均采用工艺的迷宫式密封圈进行联接,密封效果好。
11、各驱动部位、传动部位使用的电动机、减速机、摆线针轮减速机等部件均采用国产知名品牌及正规厂家的配套产品,以确保本设备的技术性能指标,制造成本比同类产品使用普通品牌电动机、减速机、摆线针轮减速机等要高出许多。
12、大齿圈、托轮、导轮等回转部件均采用球墨铸铁铸造加工而成,以确保本设备的技术性能指标。
13、控制系统部分
13.1采用日本三菱品牌的PLC可编程控制器、AD模块及大屏幕可编程彩色显示终端的结构设计形式;
13.2称重系统传感器数据采集应用了具有专利技术的电流闭环回路设计,确保高温环境及其它干扰源对系统的计量精度不会造成影响;
13.3大屏幕可编程彩色显示终端具有直观明了的操作界面,操作人员可方便地通过触摸屏幕上的对话框对设备运行的各项参数进行调整,并可即时监控设备运转情况,内置的中文使用说明书可供操作人员即时阅读参考;
13.4PLC可编程控制器的输出采用2A继电器输出,确保设备可靠工作;
13.5采用模块化设计的控制线路中的主要元件交流接触器和热继电器均采用国际名牌瑞士ABB产品。
13.6电控控制柜关键元件均采用知名品牌西门子公司产品。
14、本设备配备精致的控制室,可为用户提供舒适、宽敞的操作环境。控制室为可拆卸形式,操作人员在控制室中就可实现对设备运行的自动化集中控制,操作简便。

(1) Detailed technical description
Our factory developed and mass production of stereotyped products LQY-30 mobile forced asphalt concrete mixing equipment is a model of our factory LQY series products, the technical performance indicators have been identified by the domestic construction machine expert committee, the structure is stable, a variety of technical documents including drawings, process documents complete and effective, can standardize and guide mass production. Among them, the forced products were granted the "Utility model Patent Certificate" by the State Patent Office in 2002 (patent number: ZL 02 2 19993.4), and this combination structure is protected by the national patent.
The equipment adopts intermittent drying cylinder and double horizontal shaft forced agitator as a whole, the whole machine covers a small area, fast moving field, convenient disassembly and assembly, short installation cycle, simple operation, easy maintenance, stable and reliable performance, with good quality of finished materials, high technical content of the whole machine, high automation and standardization. At present, it has been widely used in highway pavement maintenance and high grade asphalt pavement construction and maintenance operations.
The equipment is composed of main machine, finished product bin, automatic metering dosing station, electrical control cabinet, control room and coal grinding and powder feeding device (coal-fired type). The main engine part includes the upper shell, asphalt metering and conveying device, fuel or pulverized coal cyclone combustion furnace, ore lifting conveyor, drying cylinder, agitator, the upper shell of the agitator, asphalt conveying and measuring device, stone powder metering and conveying device, multi-tube dust removal device, rotary disc towing system, braking system, hydraulic support foot and other main components.
LQY-30 specific performance characteristics are as follows:
1. The host can be towed and moved as a whole, and the installation is simple and convenient.
2. The mixer is a double horizontal shaft forced mixer, which overcomes the problem of poor quality of finished materials due to the dead mixing Angle existing in the single horizontal shaft mixer. The agitator is a new technology introduced from Italy, and is produced by domestic manufacturing equipment and processing technology. It has a double horizontal shaft structure, which makes the material form a three-dimensional strong boiling effect in the shell during the mixing process. At the same time, the material itself also rotates on an indefinite axis, so that all kinds of materials can be evenly and quickly mixed fully. The sealing technology of the two mixing shafts makes the production of the equipment stable, and the mixing arms, mixing blades, lining plates and other parts are made of high-strength alloy steel, which has a long service life.
3, the lower discharge mechanism of the mixer adopts a double open-close structure, which can effectively ensure the feeding function of the equipment.
4, drying cylinder parts
4.1 The cylinder is made of high-strength alloy structural steel Q345 (16Mn), the cylinder structure is stable, and the manufacturing process is good;
4.2 Blade arrangement form, so that the material in the cylinder to form a strong axial movement, to ensure the heat uniformity of the material, so that the quality of the finished material greatly improved.
5, combustion system part
5.1 A high-tech combustion furnace with novel structure. The fuel of this type of combustion furnace is applicable to pulverized coal and small coal. Through the cone design of the furnace door, the optimization design of the Angle of the coal inlet guide blade, the Angle of the secondary air blade, the position of the secondary air and the position of the igniter, the shortcomings of the unstable mixing position of the primary and secondary air affecting the complete combustion of the fuel are overcome, the stability of the pre-combustion of pulverized coal and the combustion at the root of the flame is strengthened, and the pulverized gas flow inside the furnace forms a multi-ring boundary turbulent reflux structure. Thus, the combustion is strengthened, the flame temperature is high, the fuel consumption is reduced, and the economic effect is remarkable.
5.2 Equipped with automatic ignition device, high efficiency and energy saving, stable and reliable performance;
5.3 The furnace is made of set shaped firebricks, which are moulded by 400t large die-casting machine. The material has high fire resistance and air erosion resistance.
5.4 When the equipment is supplied, a set of formed firebricks will be presented randomly. The replacement of firebrick is convenient and quick, and can be replaced by itself according to the random installation diagram.
6. Asphalt metering and conveying device and stone powder metering and conveying device are automatically controlled by electronic sensors and programmable controllers, with high metering accuracy and good reliability; And centralized installed in the upper part of the mixer, by the special steel frame protection, can adapt to the use of different construction environment requirements.
7, the dust removal system adopts the structure of four-cone tube and high-power induced draft fan dust removal, to achieve good cyclone dust removal effect, and easy maintenance.
8, automatic metering batching station using three bucket metering, through the programmable controller for electronic superposition measurement, high measurement accuracy, small error, with 50 loader supporting aggregate supply operations.

13.1 The structural design form of PLC programmable controller, AD module and large-screen programmable color display terminal of Mitsubishi brand is adopted;
13.2 The current closed-loop design with patent technology is applied to the data acquisition of the weighing system sensor to ensure that the high temperature environment and other interference sources will not affect the measurement accuracy of the system;
13.3 The large-screen programmable color display terminal has an intuitive and clear operation interface. The operator can easily adjust the parameters of the equipment operation by touching the dialog box on the screen, and can monitor the operation of the equipment in real time. The built-in Chinese instruction manual is available for the operator to read for reference.
13.4 The output of PLC PLC adopts 2A relay output to ensure reliable operation of the equipment;
