(一)产品介绍
1、该产品的结构为可靠稳固
我厂是国内双滚筒移动间歇式沥青混凝土拌和设备的生产商家,已有二十多年的专业生产历史。九十年代初我厂就创造性地采用提料装置、烘干滚筒和搅拌器联成一体并分别固定在同一拖挂底盘上,具有分体式移动结构形式,把拖挂式移动功能成功地应用到强制式沥青搅拌设备上。在作业过程中,两个具有独立提料的烘干系统能按设定的时间间隔交替循环地向设在出料口下方的搅拌器供给热矿料,这种结构形式可以增加热矿料供给又能更大限度地发挥搅拌器的效率。强制式系列产品分别于1997年、2002年获得国家专利局授予的《实用新型专利证书》,2010年获得名称“一种新型沥青混凝土拌和机”( ZL 2010 2 0287777.)一种用于提升和储存沥青混凝土成品料的装置(ZL 2010 2 0287745.8),这种独特的组合结构受国家专利保护。
2、该产品得到权威机构的检测和筑机专家的鉴定
福建省技术监督局所属的检验机构对强制式系列产品进行过多次严格的质量检测,检测数据表明,强制式系列产品的各项技术性能指标均达到国家标准及行业标准。
经国内有影响力的筑机专家指导和建议,我厂部分强制式产品于2002年12月通过了由福建省交通厅组织的产品技术鉴定,鉴定委员会的筑机专家一致认为:强制式系列产品的结构型式为质量稳定,提交鉴定的产品各项技术性能指标均达到国家标准及行业标准。
2003年强制式产品荣获福建省人民政府颁发的优秀新产品奖。
2004年强制式产品荣获福建省人民政府颁发的科学技术进步奖。
2007年泉筑产品及其商标荣获福建省人民政府颁发的“福建省名牌产品”称号。
3、该系列产品经过市场的长期检验
自七十年代末研制开发出双滚筒沥青混合料拌和机以来,至今已有几千多台不同规格型号的拌和机产品服务于全国各地。并因此积累了丰富的生产经验、市场服务经验和开发研制经验。LQY-80型沥青混凝土搅拌设备的核心部件即双卧轴强制式搅拌器已有800多台在工地上使用,成为沥青搅拌设备的稳定供应商。
4、该产品主要部件经过精心的设计
短小高效的全新干燥滚筒结构。根据该机型的工作特点,改进确定了比较合理的叶片结构和安装角度,烘干时能过使矿料在滚筒内产生提升、推翻和轴向窜动,形成较强烈和比较均匀密集的截面料帘,强化了燃烧火焰和矿料之间的辐射对流换热,提高了滚筒的热效率。经反复试验而精心设计的卸料叶片能过在较短的时间内完成过料。
稳固的搅拌器结构形式。根据不同混合料的特点,搅拌器采用双卧轴搅拌臂为双螺旋布置的结构形式,轴端采用浮动油封装置,使之能满足搅拌稳定土、水泥和沥青的要求。
牵引系统的转向机构采用符合部颁标准的转盘式结构,使拖挂移场安全可靠。
5、该产品均采用精良的材料和元件
烘干滚筒采用耐热、耐冲刷和抗变形的16Mn钢板材料制作。
大梁采用18号重型槽钢制造而成,并采用液压可调整支撑脚,使整台设备使用时稳固牢靠。
控制系统的核心部件PLC采用日本三菱产品。其他电器如接触器、继电器和形程开关采用西门子产品。
燃烧炉炉膛内采用套装成型耐火砖砌制,耐火砖以高性能指标的原材料采用大型钢模制造而成,具备耐久的使用性能。
6、电气控制及保护方面
设计了先进的计量控制系统。为了保证搅拌设备能够拌出符合技术指标的成品料,计量系统通过在多个工位安装高精度的电子传感器,采用二次微量补料功能,实现对矿料、粉料和沥青的精确配比,能够确保沥青、粉料计量误差在±0.5%,矿料计量误差在±1.0%之内。
经过先进的程序设计和互锁原理,可有效预防搅拌缸重锅、沥青空筒或溢料现象,可有效保证成品料的质量。并设有未过料报警功能,以提醒操作人员及时关闭燃烧装置。

(1) Product Introduction
The structure of this product is reliable and stable.
1.Our factory is a producer of domestic double-drum mobile intermittent asphalt concrete mixing equipment. We have a professional production history of over twenty years. In the early 1990s, our factory innovatively adopted a design where the feeding device, drying drum and mixer were integrated and fixed on the same trailer chassis, featuring a split-type mobile structure. This design successfully applied the mobile function of the trailer to the forced asphalt concrete mixing equipment. During operation, two independent feeding drying systems can supply hot aggregate to the mixer located below the discharge port at set time intervals in an alternating and cyclic manner. This structure can increase the supply of hot aggregate and maximize the efficiency of the mixer. The forced series products were granted the "Utility Model Patent Certificate" by the National Patent Office in 1997 and 2002 respectively, and in 2010, we obtained the name "A New Type of Asphalt Concrete Mixing Machine" (ZL 2010 2 0287777.) and a device for lifting and storing asphalt concrete finished products (ZL 2010 2 0287745.8). This unique combined structure is protected by national patents.
2. This product has been tested by authoritative institutions and appraised by experts in construction machinery.
The inspection institutions affiliated to the Technical Supervision Bureau of Fujian Province have conducted numerous rigorous quality inspections on the series of products of the "forced type". The inspection data indicate that all technical performance indicators of the series of products of the "forced type" have met the national and industry standards.
After receiving guidance and suggestions from influential domestic experts in construction machinery, some of our factory's forced-type products passed the product technical appraisal organized by the Fujian Provincial Department of Transportation in December 2002. The experts in construction machinery of the appraisal committee unanimously believed that the structural type of the forced-type series products is stable in quality, and all the technical performance indicators of the submitted products have reached the national and industry standards.
In 2003, the product was awarded the Excellent New Product Award by the Fujian Provincial People's Government for its outstanding performance.
In 2004, the product was awarded the Science and Technology Progress Award by the Fujian Provincial People's Government for its outstanding performance.
In 2007, Quzhu products and its trademarks were awarded the title of "Fujian Province Famous Brand Products" by the Fujian Provincial People's Government.
3. This series of products have been tested in the market for a long time.
Since the development of the double drum asphalt mixture mixing machine in the late 1970s, more than 6,000 sets of different specifications and models of such machines have been put into service across the country. As a result, rich production experience, market service experience and development and research experience have been accumulated. The core component of the LQY-80 asphalt concrete mixing equipment, namely the double horizontal shaft forced mixing device, has been used on construction sites by more than 800 sets, making it a stable supplier of asphalt mixing equipment.
4. The main components of this product have been meticulously designed.
A compact and efficient new type of drying drum structure. According to the working characteristics of this model, the reasonable blade structure and installation angle have been determined after improvement. During the drying process, the ore materials can be lifted, overturned and axially displaced within the drum, forming a relatively strong and relatively uniform dense fabric curtain. This enhances the radiant and convective heat exchange between the combustion flame and the ore materials, improving the thermal efficiency of the drum. The discharge blades designed through repeated experiments and careful consideration can complete the material discharge within a relatively short time.
Stable mixer structure form. According to the characteristics of different mixtures, the mixer adopts a structure form with double horizontal shafts and double helical blades arranged in a double-screw layout. The shaft ends are equipped with floating oil seals to meet the requirements for mixing stable soil, cement and asphalt.
The steering mechanism of the traction system adopts the disc-type structure in accordance with the national standards, ensuring the safety and reliability of the trailer towing and relocation.
5. This product is made with high-quality materials and components.
The drying drum is made of 16Mn steel plates which are heat-resistant, erosion-resistant and deformation-resistant.
The main beam is made of No. 18 heavy-duty channel steel and is equipped with hydraulic adjustable support feet, ensuring the stability and reliability of the entire equipment during use.
The core component of the control system, PLC, adopts the product of Mitsubishi of Japan. Other electrical appliances such as contactors, relays and limit switches adopt the products of Siemens.
The combustion furnace furnace chamber is constructed by installing and molding refractory bricks. The refractory bricks are manufactured using large steel molds with high-performance raw materials, and they possess durable usage performance.
6. Electrical Control and Protection Aspects
An advanced metering control system has been designed. To ensure that the mixing equipment can produce finished materials that meet the technical indicators, the metering system installs high-precision electronic sensors at multiple stations and adopts the secondary micro-supplement function to achieve precise proportioning of mineral materials, powder materials and asphalt. It can ensure that the metering error of asphalt and powder materials is within ±0.5%, and the metering error of mineral materials is within ±1.0%.
Through advanced program design and interlocking principle, it can effectively prevent the phenomena of heavy load in the mixing cylinder, empty asphalt cylinder or overflow of materials, and can effectively ensure the quality of the finished materials. Moreover, it is equipped with an alarm function for unloading failure to remind the operators to promptly shut down the combustion device.
