ZQB系列沥青混凝土再生设备 series asphalt concrete recycling equipment

一、用途：ZQB系列沥青混凝土拌和机可拌合新沥青混合料；又可对旧沥青混合料在生；以及对堆放、储存的沥青混合料加热、拌合，重新利用。电启动柴油发电机解决野外作业没有常用电源。沥青混凝土拌和机可随时随地对路面出现的坑槽进行现场修补，作业结束后便可通行，确保道路完好畅通。特别是在寒冷的冬季其作用更为突出。

二、主要结构：

ZQB系列沥青混凝土拌和机与电启动柴油发电机组成，其结构形式有；

1、配有后桥制动、三角架牵引为拖拉式；

2、需要施工作业吊装在运输车上为车载式及固定式三种方式；

三、性能特点：

（一）、拌合方式：ZQB系列沥青混凝土拌和机利用带有保温层旋转的滚筒内叶片进行拌合；滚筒旋转采用摆线针轮减速机带动齿轮驱动，每次拌合量不少于1000㎏。

（二）、加热方式：采用世界名牌两段火柴油燃烧器加热，对滚筒内的气体加热升温；气体的温度传递给沥青混合料，其温度由温度传感系统控制，达到需要温度时燃烧器停止燃烧。

（三）、上料方式：1、上料轨道可折叠，上料斗为底卸式，其容量为300㎏/次;提升采用多功能电动提升机，由行程开关限位。2、液压助力上料方式。

（四）、除尘方式：采用旋风除尘系统，由离心式通风机将滚筒内的粉尘、水蒸气排出。

（五）、供电方式：若不能接外界电源，配有电启动柴油发电机组；发电机组的机架下面有四组二级橡胶减震机构，运转十分平稳以防止振动机件及电器损坏。

（六）、整机采用多功能电器控制系统，一目了然，操作简单。

四、注意事项

数字调温（左上角），通电后一定要先运行搅拌系统，点火器在通电后15秒自动开启，在室内操作时应注意通风，将有毒气体排出室外，保证安全。

(2) Heating method: the world famous two-stage fire diesel burner is used to heat up the gas in the cylinder; The temperature of the gas is transferred to the asphalt mixture, and its temperature is controlled by the temperature sensing system, and the burner stops burning when the required temperature is reached.

(3) Feeding method: 1, the feeding track can be folded, the upper hopper is the bottom unloading type, its capacity is 300㎏/ time; The lift adopts multi-functional electric hoist, which is limited by the stroke switch. 2, hydraulic power feeding method.

(4) Dust removal method: The cyclone dust removal system is used, and the dust and water vapor in the cylinder are discharged by the centrifugal fan.
