布袋除尘bag dust-cleaning

       环境保护是我国的一项国策，除尘装置的作用是减少粉尘排放浓度，保护大气环境。沥青混凝土搅拌设备在生产过程中由于骨料的含尘和燃烧过程中的各种废气被强制吸出，将影响较大范围的空气质量，农林作物的生长和居民的生活环境，本身工地的工作环境首当其冲，甚至影响燃烧质量。因此，这些被吸出的烟尘气体必须经过净化处理达到国家规定的环保要求，经袋式除尘后排尘量≤50mg/Nm3，为国家一级标准。

1、结构

本机采用的布袋式除尘装置是一个高效除尘装置。布袋式除尘器采用有机纤维或无机纤维组织物做成过滤袋。将烟尘滤出，可捕捉0.074mm以上的灰尘，除尘效率可达99%。

The bag-type dust collector adopted by this machine is a highly efficient dust removal device. The bag-type dust collector uses organic or inorganic fiber fabric to make filter bags. It filters out smoke and dust and can capture dust particles larger than 0.074mm, with a dust removal efficiency of up to 99%.
