  我厂的SLHB-8型双滚筒移动间歇式沥青混合料拌和机,采用烘干滚筒、拌和滚筒连为整体的拖挂结构形式,整机占地面积小,移场就位安装周期短,燃料适用范围广,具有操作简单,维护方便,性能稳定可靠,成品料品质优秀,自动化、标准化程度高等特点,可满足各种地理条件的高等级沥青路面的养护施工作业,尤其适合中小型道班作为养护施工作业的配套设备。

  本机型备有燃油型SLHB(Y)-8及燃煤、燃油两用型SLHB(M)-8两种型号可供用户选择。

  SLHB-8型拌和机具体性能特点如下:

  1、主机可整体拖挂移动,移场、拆装就位周期短,操作简单,维护方便。

  2、采用液压支撑脚,安装调整省力、省时,稳定可靠。

  3、除尘系统采用双管式旋风除尘器,除尘效果较好。

  4、烘干滚筒采用厚16Mn钢制作,大梁采用18号重型槽钢整体框架式焊合结构。

  5、热沥青计量输送装置采用沥青泵输送、液位继电器计量,油石比准确。

  6、控制系统集成化、自动化程度高,主控制器和显示器采用日本欧姆龙PLC可编程控制器、可编程显示终端,可实现系统的自动及手动集中控制。

  7、电器控制柜关键元器件,均采用国际名牌元件,包括:

  按钮、接触器、电机启动器、塑壳开关、接线端子:西门子;

  PLC可编程控制器、可编程显示器、时间继电器:西门子。

    8、燃烧炉总成可燃煤、燃油两用,采用电子自动点火装置,适用燃料范围包括煤粉或柴油、重油、渣油等可燃油,如选用磨煤送粉装置,还可以实现从小煤块破碎、磨粉、吹送到自动点火、充分燃烧、自动排渣的全工作过程,更可直接调整供煤量,以调节火焰大小,方便调整成品料出料温度,适应不同施工条件要求。新型燃烧炉总成技术含量高,燃料消耗量低,经济效果显著,特别适合各种地理条件用户的使用要求。系列产品所有规格型号的燃烧炉,炉膛内均采用高性能指标的成型耐火砖砌制,一般工人按照随机安装图即可轻易完成炉砖的筑砌更换,极大地方便于工地生产。

Our factory's SLHB-8 type double-drum mobile intermittent asphalt mixture mixing machine adopts a trailer structure where the drying drum and the mixing drum are integrated as a whole. The overall machine occupies a small area, and the installation period for moving and positioning is short. The fuel application range is wide. It features simple operation, convenient maintenance, stable and reliable performance, excellent quality of finished materials, high degree of automation and standardization, etc. It can meet the maintenance and construction operations of various high-grade asphalt pavement under various geographical conditions. It is especially suitable for medium and small-sized road maintenance teams as a supporting equipment for maintenance and construction operations.
This model is equipped with two types of engines for users to choose from: the fuel-type SLHB(Y)-8 and the dual-fuel type SLHB(M)-8.
The specific performance features of the SLHB-8 mixer are as follows:
1.The main unit can be moved by towing as a whole. The relocation, disassembly and reinstallation process is short, the operation is simple and the maintenance is convenient.
2. Adopting hydraulic support feet, the installation and adjustment are effortless and time-saving, and the stability is reliable.
3. The dust removal system adopts a double-tube type cyclone dust collector, which has a good dust removal effect.
4. The drying drum is made of 16Mn steel with a thickness of 16mm, and the main beam is constructed by welding together 18# heavy-duty channel steel into an integral frame structure.
5. The hot asphalt metering and conveying device adopts the method of conveying through asphalt pumps and metering by liquid level relays, ensuring accurate asphalt-to-gravel ratio.
6. The control system is highly integrated and automated. The main controller and display adopt the programmable controller and display terminal of Omron PLC from Japan, enabling automatic and manual centralized control of the system.
7. For the key components of the electrical control cabinet, internationally renowned brand components are adopted, including:
Buttons, contactors, motor starters, molded-case switches, terminal blocks: Siemens;
PLC programmable controller, programmable display, time relay: Siemens.
8. The combustion furnace assembly can be used for both coal and fuel oil combustion. It adopts an electronic automatic ignition device. The applicable fuel range includes pulverized coal or diesel, heavy oil, residual oil, etc., which are combustible fuels. If a coal grinding and powder supply device is selected, it can also realize the entire working process from crushing small coal lumps, grinding, blowing to automatic ignition, complete combustion, and automatic slag discharge. Moreover, the supply of coal can be directly adjusted to regulate the flame size, and the output temperature of the finished product can be conveniently adjusted to meet the requirements of different construction conditions. The new combustion furnace assembly has high technical content, low fuel consumption, and remarkable economic effects. It is particularly suitable for the usage requirements of users in various geographical conditions. All specifications and models of the combustion furnaces in this series use high-performance indicators of formed refractory bricks to build the furnace chamber. Ordinary workers can easily complete the installation and replacement of furnace bricks according to the random installation diagram, greatly facilitating on-site production.
9. This equipment effectively overcomes the inherent defects of domestic straight-tube continuous mixing equipment, such as:
⑴ Asphalt is prone to aging.
(2) The continuous measurement accuracy of the aggregates and asphalt is difficult to guarantee.
(3) The temperature of the finished material is not stable enough, etc.
